There's a chill in the air. Yesterday we had our first frost and flurries of snow for the year, and also, our first day of sunshine in over 2 weeks. I was thrilled to get a chance to grab my camera and shoot some shots of the snow on the mountains. On one mountain, the fireweed is still a deep red, and with the snow over top, it provides a colorful view for those of us down below. A glorious full moon last night lit up the dark, and you couldn't help feeling good about life. Ah, fall going on winter is a wonderful time of year!
